Ordering with us

We cold press the highest quality juice and lock in its precious nutrients, freshness and flavor using cold high-pressure protection technology.  This process takes considerable time and planning on our behalf. We therefore ask that you bear this in mind when placing your order and to take note of our cancellation policy.

Placing an order

  • All orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your ideal delivery date.
  • Please ensure you select your delivery date to be at least one day prior to the commencing of your cleanse, as we can not guarantee courier delivery times or dates. We have no control over exact times and dates as we use a 3rd party courier company Beatties/APC for all deliveries.
  • Before confirming your order we would ask that you double check your address and contact details. It is your responsibility to check that the start date, delivery address and any special requirements are correct on the order.
  • You must provide us with a safe and accessible delivery address where you will be present during our hours of delivery or ensure that someone will be there to receive it on your behalf.
  • Skinny Malinkys can not accept responsibility for any parcels that are not delivered due to issues with, names, address, or telephone numbers.
  • SALE - Skinny Malinkys will usually only run sales on short dated stock, please check the date of your juice on arrival to ensue you consume it in time. If you can not use it within the advertised date you can freeze the juice for up to a month. First remember you must drink some juice out of each bottle before placing in the freezer to allow room for expansion. 


  • Cancellations will only occur in exceptional circumstances.
  • Please contact us by phone or email.
  • Any cancellation must be specifically accepted by us over the phone (and confirmed in writing) or by email during our normal office hours.

Faulty goods, Refunds and Returns policy 

  • All of our goods are perishable therefore we do not accept returns. If your goods are faulty you must get in touch within 24 hours so that we can investigate. Our juice is only refundable if faulty.
  • Non-perishable items. - You have 14 days from the day on which you receive the items to notify the seller if you aren't happy with your order.
  • Once the delivery has been made, we can no longer be responsible for the storage or care of your product.
  • The juices become your responsibility once they have been delivered by the courier.
  • If there are any defects or problems with your order, please contact us immediately to let us know so that we can investigate.
  • If you do not let us know within 24 hours of delivery, we reserve the right to not refund or replace your purchase.
  • We cannot offer refunds based on personal tastes or allergies. Please check the full ingredient lists before ordering.
  • Refunds are only possible if goods are faulty.


  • Our juice has up to a 45-day shelf life from the day of production. We do not produce every day so please check the date of your juice on delivery.

  • Our juice is fresh and unpasteurised, no heat treatment is ever applied, it must be stored between 0 and 5 degree centigrade.
  • If the juice is not stored according to our instructions we are not responsible for any damages

Health and nutritional information

  • We would recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. Skinny Malinkys cleanse may not be suitable for everyone, so please check with your GP before undertaking a program.
  • Skinny Malinkys cleanse is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you have any concern, if you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.

Sales, discount codes and offers

  • While the website and other information that we may send you provides general information on health and nutrition this does not qualify as medical advice.
  • If you have specific dietary requirements you may contact us to discuss these. We may be able to accommodate your requirements in whole or in part at our discretion on a case by case basis. However, we shall not be responsible in any way for failure to meet your requirements.
  • We do not make any health claims about our products.
  • Discount codes are valid for single use only. Once per client. They are not valid for use during sales or in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Skinny Malinkys reserve the right to change, alter or cancel any sale, discount or offer at any time without prior notice. Skinny Malinkys decision is final.
  • All sales discount and offers are run on a 'while stock lasts' basis, if stock runs low or any flavour runs out prior to order updates additional flavours will be added to make up the order.
