That’s why at Skinny Malinkys we have balanced each of our juices to have just the right amount of fruit blended with an array of super tasty nutrient dense veggies to make sure you get a wide spectrum of nutrients in each of your juices. One of our secrets to the perfect juice is to keep the sugar content low! We use Bramley apples ,yes, you read that correctly ‘cooking’ apples. These green beauties are much lower in sugar than their green cousin’s, Granny Smiths and they are extremely high in polyphenols which are antioxidants that have been clinically proven to have to fight cancer cells. All our ingredients have been carefully considered to give maximum nutritional benefit. LEAN GREEN
This super tasty green juice was the first one we developed. We wanted to pack in as big a nutritional punch as possible, it started as an experiment to see how many green veggies we could get into one juice while keeping it super tasty. This is still one of our favs and the one that people comment on the most as they expect it to taste too “green” which always makes us laugh!

Ingredients and benefits of lean green
The Lean green contains Bramley Apple 35%, Cucumber 30%, Pear 12%, Kale10%, Lime 3%, Iceberg Lettuce 7% & Parsley 3%

Apples - High levels of Anti- cancer phenols, health promoter contain ; pectin from the apples form as a gel in the intestine and it eliminates toxins. Can calm inflammation.
Limes - System cleansing and Alkalising. Keeps your immune system in great shape and sharpens your eyesight. Pear - Contains laevulose - a fruit sugar more easily tolerated by people with diabetes. It cuts blood pressure helping it return to normal and protects against free radicals.

CARROT KICK

The Carrot Kick as the name suggests has a tangy little kick from the ginger and lime. This combination of fruit and veggies in a drink is a classic when using lemon but we find lime juice gives it a zestier edge. Everything your grandma ever told you about eating carrots to help you see in the dark is true, due to the high levels of vitamin A found in carrots they really do help with improve your vision. The Beet Boost juice is a real little powerhouse. We wanted to make a juice that had enough beetroot juice to feel all the benefits without side effects (pink pee or worse pink poop)! This beet juice recipe took a while to perfect, but we think you’ll agree we got it bank on in the end. DI-JUICE-TIV AID    

The di-juice-tiv aid is a very special juice indeed. We created this juice specifically to be a digestive juice to calm and soothe the digestive system. One of the main issues people seem to suffer from these days is bloating. We really wanted to target these symptoms with this digestive juice, so we added lots of fennel. It’s an expensive ingredient but we think it’s worth every penny for its debloating effects on the intestine. All our happy customers seem to agree.
