Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days
Chilli flakes or a fresh chilli
Small bunch of Fresh Coriander
1-2 Ripe avocados
1 Small garlic clove
¼ of a fresh lime
Salt and Pepper
Mash an avocado with a small clove of garlic,
Sprinkle of chilli powder or a fresh chilli
Squeeze of lime juice
Drizzle with olive oil and
Top with fresh coriander leaves and season with salt and pepper.
Wash and chop crudities
Serve guacamole in a dish alongside the selection of fresh crudities.
To store guacamole, place in a small airtight container squeeze lots of fresh lime over the top. Cover and seal tightly. Darkening of the top layer is normal
PRO TIP – Put the avocado stone in your guacamole as this will help to stop darkening in storage.
