At Skinny Malinkys cold-pressed juice we send our super tasty, cold-pressed juice detox and cleanse packages anywhere in the UK & Ireland. If you are not home to receive your delivery send it to work or to a neighbour.
Please nominate a "SAFE PLACE" to leave your juice in case you are out when the delivery arrives. You can do in the link you will be sent by the courier that is delivering your juice. We mainly use DPD and DHL.
All juices are shipped by courier on a 24-hour service, please book your package to arrive at least 24 hours before you wish to start. The courier will deliver between 9am-6pm daily.
You will receive an email confirmation once you have made a purchase. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL and add us to your contacts list to ensure you get all email updates. On the day of your delivery you will receive a text message from DPD or DHL (or other courier depending on your location) saying your order is out for delivery and it will give a delivery timeslot. If you are not going to be home, you can nominate a safe place to leave your juice.
All our delicious, cold-pressed juice cleanse packages are shipped in high grade, temperature control, insulated envelopes using hydrated ice packs, these will arrive be packed inside recycled cardboard boxes. They will keep the juice chilled for up to 48 hours max.
Once you receive your juice remove all packaging, note the best before date and place all bottles in the fridge.
When you are ready to start simply grab a juice from the fridge and go ad enjoy!
Faulty goods, Refunds and Returns policy
- All of our goods are perishable therefor we do not accept returns. If your goods are faulty you must get in touch within 24 hours so that we can investigate.Our juice is only refundable if faulty
- Non-perishable items. - You have 14 days from the day on which you receive the items to notify the seller if you aren't happy with your order.
- Once the delivery has been made, we can no longer be responsible for the storage or care of your product.
- The juices become your responsibility once they have been delivered by the courier.
- If there are any defects or problems with your order, please contact us immediately to let us know so that we can investigate.
- If you do not let us know within 24 hours of delivery we reserve the right to not refund or replace your purchase.
- We cannot offer refunds based on personal tastes or allergies. Please check the full ingredient lists before ordering.
- Refunds are only possible if goods are faulty.
